The Elmasonic xtra ST series of ultrasonic baths are constructed for rugged, continuous use. The stainless steel interior and exterior are built to withstand industrial wear and tear. The internal tank is sloped to drain thoroughly, and a side-mounted ball-valve allows for quick emptying of cleaning solutions. Operate at either 25 kHz for heavy parts and hard to remove soils, or at 45 kHz for more sensitive items. Ultrasound comes from two generators in two locations-ideal for filter cleaning, even internal spaces can be reached. Operate in sweep, pulse, or dynamic modes. The sweep function ensures even sound distribution, pulse increases energy 20% for quick and effective treatment, and dynamic mode automatically switches between sweep and pulse modes to tackle even the toughest cleaning needs. Select heating temperature from 30 to 80°C, in 5° increments, to help break down and remove oils. Units stand on industrial rollers to provide high mobility-perfect for production environments, workshops, and servicing. Optional lids help suppress noise production, and baskets allow for higher throughput. Choose from seven large sizes-all come with a 3-year warranty.
