40KHz Ultrasonic Frequence for Intensive Rinse: Generally, 40KHz ultrasonic frequency can be used to clean stuffs with complicated surfaces, such as blind holes and deep holes etc. The stuffs to be cleaned can be,but not limited to,dental tools, bicycle, gun, Bicycle, motorcycle, engine, carburetor parts, oil filters,chains,gears,disc brakes, jewelry, eyeglasses, denture, watchband, coins etc.
Multiple Cleaning Modes Available for Different Cleaning Purposes: FULLWAVE mode for intensive rinse of complicated surfaces; SEMIWAVE mode for rough surface cleaning; DEGAS mode for removing ultrasonic fatigue so as to improve cleaning effect; PULSE mode for dynamic rinse of stubborn stains.
13 Time Settings of High-precision Encoded Control within 60 Minutes or Always ON: 13 extensive and precise time-settings makes the device be freely set to work for a certain time based on the characters of stuffs to be cleaned. NOTE: Although the time can be set as “Always ON” and the device can continuously work for more than 1 hour, it’s not recommended to make the device continuously work for more than 1 hour per time because it can make the device have a longer service life.
14 Temperature Settings of High-precision Encoded Control within 80°C: Heating function is helpful for reducing the adhesion strength of oil and wax so as to improve the cleaning effect, and generally the best cleaning temperature is among 40~60°C, i.e. 104~140°F. NOTE: The heating function only works when the preset temperature is higher than the actual temperature of cleaning solution.
SUS304 Stainless Steel Drain Valve and Die-casting Tank: Both the cleaning tank and drain valve of the device are made with SUS304 stainless steel materials, and it makes the device be resistant to weak acid and weak alkali. However, please don’t use strong acid or strong alkali.
