iSonic p4875ii-4t commercial ultrasonic vinyl record cleaner, 2Gal/7.5L, light Gray color, 110V. It comes with fixtures designed and two 8-oz bottles of cleaning solution concentrate to clean 12 inch to 7 inch vinyl records. 1 to 3 records can be cleaned at the same time. Label Protectors with O-Ring seals protect the Label areas while cleaning. Spin 1/3 round each time manually. A 10-minute cycle is enough to clean the entire record surfaces. The cleaning solution is a concentrate. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons for 1 cup of water or 1:40 to 1:20 ratio. The ultrasonic cleaner equipped with 3 industrial grade ultrasonic stack transducers which are twice stronger and more durable compared to wafer transducers used by some manufacturers in their commercial models and 3 ceramic heaters. Each transducer is controlled by an individual PCB for best efficiency. This unit has unmatched cleaning power. The package also includes a suspendible plastic basket which can be used to clean other items. It can be raised and suspended to drain water right above the tank without the need to remove it. Quick set timer with 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 5 minutes. Drainage Valve makes it easy to discharge water. Hose is supplied. Heater with 3 settings: 122, 131 and 140 °F/50, 55 and 60 °C. Thermometer to show approximate actual temperature ranges. Cooling fan helps for longer operation. Overheat protector prevents the unit being overused which could cause overheating. Quieter than most competitors’ products. Cover holder. This unit is built solidly with very thoughtful designs and high reliability.
